Does anyone know why this is? Thanks! Wild guess: did you use winetricks to install these games, and are you looking for them in ~/.wine? If the answer is yes, you're looking in the wrong place. Winetricks by default installs apps and games to separate wineprefixes in ~/.local/share/wineprefixes. If that's not the case, then how exactly did you install these games?
