I maybe mistaken, but doesn't the 64bit version of wine only run 64bit binaries? So whilst an application may support 64bit versions of windows, it doesn't mean the app itself is 64bit. I'd say F.E.A.R is probably a 32bit only binary that happens to be supported on XP 64bit. But maybe I am incorrect and wine64 can in fact run 32bit binaries.
