It looks like a comctl32 bug. winetricks cc580 works around it for me.

I have not been having trouble with the lineweight or line color properties so not sure if this solution will work for sure but would like to give it a go. where do i find cc580 in wine tricks? I have had a look but cant seem to find it?
Which: winetricks or the cc580 product?
