However, only until I open a new terminal window. Then glxinfo goes back to saying no again. If you are using bash you can comment out any lines that set a value for LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT in the files ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_profile This will clear the variable for all new terminal windows. Ask your Distro for more help if you aren't using bash.
