Well the are many different mouse problems in different games. The wine version I used before was 1.3.19 and now it is 1.2.2, but there is no difference with the mouse problems. The Applications Database for Star Wars Bidge Commander doesn't mention any mouse problems (only with ATI Radeon cards).
