Ae you using some 3rd party program and not normal Wine which is all command line? Normal Winetricks on OSX is also just a command line script unless you have Zenity installed.... so I'm not sure how a "list of winetricks disappeared" ????? If you are using Wineskin, try using the update Winetricks again, as its currently getting a working version and making a proper list... if there are connection problems it might fail sometimes.
