First, you've been told multiple times that the message about not registering the dll is not a problem. Don't bring it up again. Second, upgrade to the latest development release. 1.2.2 is old. Third, why are you trying to run this through Wine cmd? Just run it from a terminal following these instructions: http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#run_from_terminal If it doesn't work in 1.3.18 when started correctly, post terminal output. Not a screenshot--copy and paste the text into your post. If it's long, upload it to pastebin and post a link here.
