shpasser two different languages or two different keyboard layouts? Two different languages is normally handled internally by the Office application. Like you could type you documents up in libreoffice then check formatting in MS office no problems. Changing keyboard input layout on fly that is a OS question. Something wine itself does not give a stuff about either. So really neither question applies to wine.
