I built and package myself wine with WoW64 build. I installed Assassin's Creed 1 without option WINEARCH=win32. So, the game was installed on "Program File (x86) folder. To play entierly at game with wine 64bits, i must to use "wine" or "wine64" ? Because with the first or the second, the game launch and run correctly. [Wink]
