Wine reports lots of junk to stderr that isn't really an error; you can ignore most of them. Don't throw all your windows dlls into wine's system32, policy is that invalidates bug reports. Instead, very carefully pull in particular windows dlls with winetricks *only* when you're absolutely sure they're needed currently to work around a wine bug. We use autohotkey a lot to automate game installations in winetricks, and I use that as a kind of regression test for wine.
