Active window, when a question window, stays hidden without notice under inactive windows. Worse, if the application was minimized, the application itself is not available in the windows list (the application is still reduced though active). This was detected with Password Safe, but it is not consistent. Also with TreePad Safe, where a setup window become hidden behind the maim application window. Ignoring the presence of aninput window (active or inactive) under other windows of the same application becomes dangerous as nothing works and the user in despair will kill the application in question.
