I tried to launch the game with two commands differents :

The first as explained by Dan

taskset 1 wine AssassinsCreedBrotherhood.exe



And the second comme with "schedtool" command :

Code:
schedtool -a 0x1 -e wine AssassinsCreedBrotherhood.exe



Same result with the command and same error message like in the pastebin.
