Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition SP1 - VS80sp1-KB926748-X86-INTL.exe

Did anyone manage to install Visual C++ 2005 Express SP1 ? It looks like :

There is apparently a work around:

  However I do not see where those files are coming from ?
