Yes Wineskin is not supported here, but since you haven't sent for help there yet, maybe you'll see this first :-) Wineskin.app is what is running because you have no EXE set... click advanced and on the config tab that starts up, click browse by Windows exe and select the normal exe that launches the game... set top menubar name and all that stuff if you want, then exit out of Wineskin.app and try again. It only runs like you say its running if the set exe file is not found. It should have prompted for that by default if you used the Installer tool to install the game.
