You need to do two things:

1.  Upgrade X11 to use xQuartz.  You can find the latest download and
installation instructions at xquartz.macosforge.org
2.  Install Wine from either MacPorts or Fink.  Visit their sites for
additional information and how-to install instructions.

After completing these steps, please advise that you have done so.
