I've had mouse problems in 1.3.15 as well.. there were several mouse changes. This might be related to the bug I opened here... http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26314 If you could do a regression test and see what is causing it... see if its the same update... it would be helpful to add info to the bug report.
