Mentioning in a bug report that a native dll solves a problem is not the same as filing a bug based on use of native dlls and/or patched Wine without verifying that the problem also exists in plain Wine.
Correct. It is also permissible to state "used Winetricks XXXX to make
problem go away". That helps in isolating which dll and possibly, which
function needs to be implemented.
