Well, in fact there is an effort to get USB support for wine, mainly to get iTunes&Co running, though if you want to use non-standard features, you will have to write a linux kernel driver, too. You probably should contact the people on wine-devel discussing USB topic: http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2011-March/thread.html Note the "USB oscilloscope" thread is not coherent on that page, it's split in a few threads. Your best bet would be to contact Alexander Morozov and explain, what you need.
