how to run XP drivers in Linux using WINE

Hi
    i want my modified usb drivers (with extensions .inf and .sys) to run in linux using Wine software.  how to install them using wine??  i want that these drivers should automatically detected when the device is inserted in to the Linux system.( since these drivers are being automatically detected in windows requiring the path....i-e found new hardware at the time of insertion of device in windows XP.)
actually my aim is to import my modified driver (properly functioning in XP) to Linux. I dont know how to achive this in LinuX. kindly give me suggestions and guideline. any help will be highly appreciated.
