MS Outlook is one of the best and most high-usage program. One day I had very complicated problem with it and couldn't manage it. Besided my Inet was off and only my friend having come helped me. He by chance installed one software which finished my tortures. After that I consider that it has quite resources for solving any problem in this sphere - convert pst without outlook (http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/convert_pst_files.html).
