As far as I'm concerned that is a brick.

Isn't there a registry key for that so that you can tell wine how much
video ram to use?

Yes, but it is for older shared RAM systems. Doesn't work with newer cards
and motherboards that don't need or use shared RAM. Tried it, no go.

The setting should work. However, Wine is reporting only 256MB on cards that have 2GB to programs and that limits what they will allow for video settings.
