Found the install problem. It was missing a dll in system32 directory. (msvcr60.dll). The Decompression errors was that install somehow didn't copy over the internal network from my windows system correctly. Download a new file directly which resolved those problems. Now I having a start-up error. Error as follows: ExceptionEExternal Exception in module ntdll.dll at 0002ea58. External exception C0000025. ke4avb
