I was able to get it to open by setting the Windows version to Windows 98 after installing (it will refuse to install if you change it before), but it is not usable.
How did you set the Windows version? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't open the program.

I must be really stupid! I tried the Winehq bug report page and it won't accept my usr/pwd.
