Reinstalling Wine itself only replaced the Wine executables. To reset an
application, do what Vitamin said:

- delete .wine from the user you run it in with "rm -rf .wine" or by
  clicking stuff in the graphical file manager if you must.
- reinstall DDO
- install vcrun2005 with winetricks
