Was experimenting and I think I got it, I'm currently installing wine using macports, but I believe the right command is "sh Desktop/winetricks.sh" just move winetricks.sh to Desktop and you should be set. When I used this command it came up (wine) wine not found so I'm assuming as soon as I install wine I should be good to go, I'll post back if and when I figure it out.
