There is no communications path between Wine and an external Java Runtime Engine and (for security purposes as well as other reasons) there should not be one. Thus, unless you do a recompile of the Java application to run on Linux (it appears that it uses 'special' Windows coding and features) it will not run in a Linux JVM.
