After repeated attempts, I am unable to reproduce the page fault with the debugging symbols loaded. Unless you want further work on this, I am dropping it. It was an interesting intro to the debugger. Since the symbols are present, but the conditions are not, I'll keep the symbols loaded in case of a future event.
