So I really have no idea how to go about APPing a program and I would really appreciate someone helping me out. The program I would like to be apped is called Google Japanese Input Here is the download page : http://tools.google.com/dlpage/japaneseinput/eula.html?platform=win As you can see it is a program that is for Windows.
