No. The Mac Firewall will suffice. Make sure that Wine.app is allowed
through outbound to the Internet. This can be done through the Security
Settings (Apple -> System Preferences -> Security. Click on the
Firewall tab and configure Wine to 'Allow incoming connections'.)
Additional software packages are NOT required to implement full firewall
functionality in Tiger/Leopard/Snow Leopard.
