In short Wine doesn't detect the 'exact' videocard because that information is not easy to obtain. Instead it guesses what card you have based on OpenGL information. In case of ATI when the card is not in our list, we fall back to a HD3200. This is just what is shown to games, it shouldn't really affect performance. (actually some games use this information to set some initial settings, so certain games might even be running a little faster)

Anyway when I have the chance, I will update the GPU database again.
