Or do 'winetricks dotnet35', which with latest wine and winetricks ought to do the same thing. (You might need to get winetricks from trunk, http://winezeug.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/winetricks , not sure. And watch the taskbar, dotnet30's installer tends to finish minimized, you have to unminimize it to see it's done.) But when I do this, dotnet35's installer aborts. Qwerty, does it complete for you?
