Hello austin987. Debian user here, really interested in a AMD64 version of wine 1.3.8. I tried to make deb packages of wine 1.2.1 and 1.3.8, through "dh_make" and "dpkg-buildpackage", with no success. But using "./configure", "make" and "make install" worked without problems, so if you have time to build them, i'll try them for sure. Anyway, these are awesome news, hope you can revive the wine in debian. best regards.
