Your wine folder is hidden by default in most distributions. If you do not see it listed in your home directory look for drop down menus in the window your home directory is showing in and there may be a 'show hidden' option to check. The name of hidden folders will have a dot in front of them. When you find the .wine folder just navigate through it to World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons and put the upzipped file in there.
