It's now working again and I haven't change anything in my system. Yesterday was game update but it was working. A few days ago the same thing happen but I just reinstalled the game by doing everything that I described before and it was fine. Of course I tried to reinstall the game this time too but it didn't help. I even installed wininet and ie6 as dimesio advised.
