The game (Braid) doesn't install. It's a folder with the .exe inside which I placed in my /home directory. And I tried this same exe on another laptop with Intel graphics and openSUSE 11.3 x86. It did start, although extremely slow perhaps due to Intel graphics driver. The point is it must be something x64 related. And of course I tried running it in the 32 bit prefix that was created. Winecfg did run also, I only thought those fixmes had to do with something.
