It seems to work. I didn't get into any dungeons/raids, but I zoned back and forth between different cities/continents, and had no glitches. I'm running WINE version wine-1.3.4 from the Fedora repositories (stock). My kernel is 2.6.34.7-56.fc13.x86_64 #1 SMP and I'm using nvidia drivers version 256.53 (called 256.53-2.fc13 by rpmfusion).
