Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. The installer doensn't actually start. I get the InstallShield splash screen, then nothing. I've just checked it out with 'ps aux' and the setup program is sleeping in the foreground (S+). The output from 'ps aux' is as follows > mike 10801 0.0 0.4 1608392 8792 pts/2 S+ 20:45 0:00 baton_batscan_setup.exe I have waited 3-4 minutes from this point, but whatever the process is waiting for doesn't seem to happen.
