NVM, I've found the .msi files necessary for WLM 2009 installation (Messenger.msi, Contacts.msi and CRT.msi). They do some kind of silent install but WLM doesn't even launch. I've tried installing WLM 8.5. It installs, but crashes right after trying to log in. This is a known issue in AppDB.
