As you say, this is a long-known bug: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2905 Nobody's posted updated information about this problem in either the AppDB or the bug report in over a year. You can make yourself useful by posting test results from the current development release in both. In the future, when asking questions, include your distro, Wine version, and for games, graphics card and drivers. And learn to punctuate your sentences--most of the people who help on this forum will simply ignore a rambling mess like the one you initially posted.
