Jesse, I tried, but for me it's the same.
If I use 1024x768 or 1920x1080 with Ultra settings the results are always the same: 13 FPS, unless I set shaders to Low, then it's about 35~40+ FPS.

What's your spec/config?
Any particular option?
What's your audio setup?
