After Reading the new comment in the AppDB, i decided to reinstall wine and before deleting the whole .wine folder. After reinstall i was able to install directx and vcrun 2008 out of the MI2 SE installation, which wasn't going on the old wine. So MI2 SE works now. Hurray! :D
