Hey carl, Sorry if the my last post caused any confusion, I haven't tried running ipconfig.exe before on Wine, I was just stating where you could find a copy of it. Anways, Did you try running ipconfig.exe before copying any other DLLs over? Also, which DLLs did you replace? Were they system DLLs? To fix this issue of Wine not being able to run other programs I would recommend deleting your wine prefix again (~/.wine). That should clear up the issues caused by coping those DLLs over.
