Simcity 4 with UNUNTU 10.04 and wine 1.2 does it still

I reported this on the appDB so this is just a note.

The stuff I was seeing on rc7 is only slightly better on the official 1.2 release.  The only real difference is that the game now sees the control key when you are placing new lots.
