Update: When launching one program's installer, that complains about isskin.dll, I browse to WINE's (Windows) Temp folder and I copy the isskin.dll into the System32 folder; then I register it WINE's DLL Override section (setting it to native, builtin). It still doesn't work. Now i'm at a loss as where to continue... r2rX :)
