I downloaded the program and then installed it. I did install IE6
through Winetricks for another program. I may have to try the install
without IE6 to see what happens.

Disregard.
The fix used by another user was to install VB6runtime SP6 with:
winetricks vb6runsp6
However, you may still have problems.
