According to
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa?field.series_filter= it's
not available anymore.

You could uninstall wine package, then look in your apt-cache dir... the
package might still be there.

If not, you'd have to compile it yourself.

If there's a regression, you might also want to report it (
http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting).
