Use native VLC and MusicBrainz Picard.... AFAIK, it is Wine policy not to support applications with native Linux versions... The Windows versions might need a bit of 'winetricks vcrun6' (You might also want to install each app;lication in its own WINEPREFIX / delete ~/.wine before starting, since some old configurations might be messing it up...)
