WoW and a linux noob

Ive had a break from wow, and a couple of days ago i started playing on a private server wich were running patch 1.12.1 (preTBC), so i know that my computer is able to run wow under linux. Instead of hours of installing and patching to get up to date and start playing on the blizzard servers again, i spimply copyed the gamefolder from a friends computer to mine. I get the game to start, but it wont connect to the server. When i try running it from the terminal i get this stuff.

Code:

So my question is: what is wrong and how do i fix it?
