Why dont you try what i am using. It is Pavtube DVD Ripper.
When I googled DVD rippers that rip movies is Dolby 5.1, Pavtube was one of the ones that came up. I tested other only to find the product didn't work or the tech support wasn't there. I found pavtube to be very fast, great pictures quality and I could get Dolby 5.1 to work on one option, but not some of the others, but I'm still working on that and feel with the great. I really like that I can turn up the volume on my DVDs. It is a great feature! I also like that it gives me a lot of options when choosing how to copy and convert my DVDs. I am glad that I bought this software!
Download from here and have try.
