Ok, I think I managed to make wine recognizing the drivers.

by setting

> LIBGL_DRIVERS_PATH=/opt/lib32/usr/lib/xorg/modules/dri

Now I will just get a black screen with wine and 3D software.
That line about irq not enables irritates me a bit but I don't think that causes the problem with the black screen.
